   You don’t want a supplier issue to put you out of business, so stocking up to get you through any potential issues is a great idea. Let’s say you run a coffee shop and are trying to be as sustainable as possible. Because of this, you buy your to-go cups from a supplier that makes compostable coffee cups.
   
   You may just buy the cups you need per month, but what if the supplier backs out temporarily? You now have to face going against your business goals and buying plastic cups or not being able to serve coffees to go. Having extra stock can really help you out in situations like this.
   
3. A Security System
   Having alarms and security cameras can really help you out when it comes to the safety of your workplace. Unfortunately, places like shops, cafes, and offices are often targeted by criminals as they understand that money can often be kept in these places.
   
   Installing a security system can truly give you the peace of mind you’re looking for and be an absolute weight off your shoulders. Having visible cameras and alarms in place acts as a great deterrent.

Though they can’t guarantee that your workplace won’t ever be a victim of crime, it can significantly reduce the risk.

Your workplace is the space where you and your team can go to be as productive as possible. It should be there to meet all your work-based needs. This includes having the right things in when you need them; it’s better to have them and not use them than the other way around.
